My favourite food

Err, if you ask me I have two to name. Firstly, it would be KFC zinger set meal. It comes with a zinger burger, cheese fries and not forgetting, Pepsi. The zinger burger is fabulous! It is made up of a bun split into two, vegetables, soft tender chicken meat and lastly mayonnaise that sandwich between the meat and the vegetables. The way they cook the chicken is fabulous. Oil is heated up amounting up to 220 degree Celsius and the meat was placed in it. This type of method is known as cooking in hot oil resulting in making the meat tender in the inside while retaining its moisture content and crispy on the outside. With this the burgers is formed and add a little chilli sauce, the smell is breathtaking. Once taken a bite, the chilli sauce and the mayonnaise will melt in your mouth and mix with the saliva. The molar of the human teeth will mash it with the saliva, making it much tastier than looking at it at first. XD Next in line is the cheese fries. The way they cooked it is applying the same method as deep frying the chicken meat. It is served with mayonnaise and some spring onions on top of it. I love the part where I add two packets of chilli sauce to it and mix it together with the mayonnaise. The results came as a red and white emulsion. Much to the disgust of others and some feel like vomiting, but who cares, so long as it tastes good and I like it, then it shouldn’t be a problem. I highly recommend it, it taste better this way than the original, but at the price of others feelings. : p Well, next in line is Pepsi. (-_-) It taste surprisingly good and it is a widely common drink in the market.

(^O^)---zoom----- to the next dish. My next favourite dish is sweet and sour pork! The meat is floured with corn flour then cook in hot oil. Then at the same time, a mixture of green, red, yellow pepper, cucumber, onions and papaya are being stirred fried with tomato sauce. Once the meat is being taken out of hot oil, it is shiny gold in colour and crunchy in taste. The gravy with the ingredients is then poured over the meat, making it taste sweet, slightly sour and not missing out the crunchy taste. It is a good source of energy as it gives 9 KCAL and high biological value of proteins. Enough of my favourite food. What’s yours?
